Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
- Assist with the implementation of HR programs and policies
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday
- Utilize ATS systems like Taleo to manage the recruitment process
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis

**Experience**:

- Experience with HR policies, employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload

**Salary**: From £29,461.00 per year
