Emin Read is looking for a competent, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our lively team in Twickenham. The role will be based within the conveyancing department. No conveyancing experience is necessary as full training will be provided, although would be beneficial.

The role is a permanent, full time, office based role and would suit someone looking to develop a career in the conveyancing aspect of a law firm.

The role will include, but is not limited to: -
- Typing
- Filing
Following instruction from the Fee Earner or their assistant

**Experience**:

- Previous experience of working within a busy environment is essential (office based beneficial)
- Excellent client care skills the ability to deal with queries in a professional and polite manner
- Excellent organisational skills the ability to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise work in a calm and efficient manner
- Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work on own initiative
- Highly developed time management skills the ability to work to very tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
- Highly developed communication skills the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner with people at all levels
- Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in meeting demands in both the nature of the work undertaken and working additional hours as required to complete the task(s)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a can-do approach
- Good levels of IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Good levels of administrative skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to learn and absorb new tasks quickly
- Demonstrates a commitment to personal development
- Enthusiastic to undertake any tasks required within the office
- Willingness to help
