**Role Title**:Marketing, Design and ContentCo-Ordinator

**Salary Per Annum**:£20,000 - £25,000

**Reporting to**:Office Manager

**Location**:Stafford

**Working Pattern**:Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00

**Role Purpose**:
The main purpose of this role is to create artwork for a variety of materials for digital, online artwork, quarterly journal, leaflets, day to day management and development of the company’s social media channels and website, and to be the point of contact for industry events and conferences

**Qualifications / Experience Mandatory for Post**:
Experience in design and digital marketing, website management, and events

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- To observe and comply with all Institute Procedures
- Continually work in line with all KPIs to facilitate and uphold quality service provision
- Day to day management and development of company’s social media channels
- Own and manage social media calendar, responsible for scheduling, edition and publishing content
- Provide management with regular analysis, insight and reports on the performance and growth of social media platforms
- Develop reporting metrics to identify scope for new opportunities
- Regularly monitor the news and trending topics
- Designing and maintaining all current website creatives
- Manage payments received via Stripe
- Management diary of industry events and conferences
- To be the point of contact for all aspects of event and conference preparation
- Design of all company flyers, brochures and marketing materials, event branding materials
- Source content for quarterly Journal and maintain a yearly plan
- Design of quarterly Journal and management of editorial content
- Ensuring general office and meeting room is kept clean and tidy
- Provide general administration support to Office Manager and Office Team
- Any other duties as requested

**Competences Required**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
- Ability to provide creative, engaging and compelling content
- Knowledge of Woo Commerce, WordPress and Mailchimp
- Strong experience across all areas of social medial including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter
- Creative flair and an eye for design
- Good organisation skills for every aspect of the role
