**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Legal Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover You will be supporting five Solicitors, who principally cover commercial, employment, intellectual property and real estate matters.

You'll provide administrative and secretarial support to the team, dealing principally with commercial, employment, intellectual property and real estate matters.

**You will assist the team with**:

- Contract management: including signing processes and maintenance of contract management system;
- Drafting reports for internal calls and meetings;
- Employment matters: including tribunal preparation;
- Intellectual property matters: including acquisition and renewal of trademarks; liaising with external trade mark agents;
- Real estate: including liaison with Land Registry and maintenance of deeds; and
- General preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintaining records of external legal spending, invoices, training, expenses and holidays and organise hotel, travel, training and meeting arrangements and any other administrative and secretarial requirements of the team
- Using the invoice approval system (Dynamics) to manage invoices
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a legal environment is desirable, but not essential
- High level of computer literacy and willingness to develop processes
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), intermediate at minimum
- High standard of communication - both written & verbal
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to liaise across all levels of the company
- Team player, with the ability to be self-motivated and work on own initiative
- Willingness to learn new skills and become familiar with legal documents and forms
