We have an opportunity available for an Urgent Community response Administrator within the Adult Community Services team.

The Urgent response team currently operates 9-5pm this is a crisis intervention service to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and keep patients safe and healthy within their own homes, working with GPs and other community services.

The service is high demanding and requires exceptional attention to detail. This role is best suited to a highly resilient individual who enjoys a challenging and fast paced role. Please refer to job description for further details.
