**Hours: 37 (agile working)**
**Location: Head Office, Cardiff (though remote working or working at other Linc sites, dependent on the needs of the business, are also possible)**
**Are you a dynamic customer focused team player? Could you provide administrative support to our Neighbourhood Services? This is an exciting and varied role that assists in delivering all areas of housing management. Would you like to allocate and welcome tenants into their new homes? Could you support victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour? Would like to assist our Neighbourhood teams in providing the right support for our tenants?**

The role will also be key in assisting Linc with the delivery of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act. This Act represents a substantial change to tenancy legislation in Wales. The role will be suitable to those keen to research and understand new legislative requirements.

**As a Neighbourhood Assistant, duties will vary but will include**:

- Responding to anti-social behaviour & assisting with community safety initiatives, no two days will be the same.
- Allocating new homes, assisting with lettings and place-based initiatives
- Creating and maintaining accurate records and ensure that all situations are dealt with sensitivity and with the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service.
- You will be flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business
- You will require a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to undertake the role.
