We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Lettings Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their career in property and lettings. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the lettings department, providing excellent customer service, and assisting tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, landlords, and tenants on internal systems.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, inventories and check-ins/check-outs.
- Manage compliance paperwork, including Right to Rent checks and safety certificates.

**Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and provide advice or escalate as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating property listings and marketing materials.
- Ensure property advertisements are up-to-date on relevant platforms.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings when required.

**Key Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in dealing with clients.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Basic to intermediate experience in lettings required; training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Minimum 5 GCSES (A* - C) including Maths and English
- 3 A Levels or equivalent - desirable but not essential

Pay: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
