What You'll Be Doing
As a
Supply Planning Administrator
, you'll:

  • Manage stock portfolios across multiple suppliers to meet compliance targets and maintain optimal inventory
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply plans and review purchase orders
  • Manage purchase order books; expediting, deferring, and amending orders to maximise compliance and stock turns
  • Host regular supplier meetings and highlight potential supply risks to the Planning Team Leader
  • Work closely with the Demand Team to align supply forecasts with customer requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Handle administration tasks to support the Planning Team Leader

Who We're Looking For
You'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, re-plan quickly, and resolve issues
  • Previous supply chain experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with supply chain systems
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
