**Head of Data Science - Customer Data**:Data Idols are working with an inspirational organisation who are helping the lives of millions of people each month. By providing solutions for multiple financial aspects they partner with hundreds of suppliers to save consumers billions of pounds each year.

**The Opportunity**:As a Head of Data Science, you will focus on customer data looking at predictive modeling and advanced analytics to measure customer lifetime value, churn, and personalisation to enhance the customer journey and experience. You will work with other members of the data science team to deliver putting customer-facing data science models into production and build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on the roadmap and data science strategy.

- Strong technical Data Science background
- Experience leading a Data Science team
- Strategic Planning
- Stakeholder Management
- Understanding Customer Lifetime Value
