**We are currently recruiting for a part time position (18 hours) with a starting package of £23,184 (pro rata), this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 (pro rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 (pro rata) discretionary performance related bonus.**

**The difference you’ll make**
- Helping customers each day by answering inbound calls to our contact centre
- Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Updating customer records

**What you will bring**
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential

**It would also be nice for you to have**
- Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation
- Ability to follow process but also think on your feet
- Problem solving skills (real solutions, not just short-term fixes)

**What else you need to know**

**Shift option**:We’re recruiting part time Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm (18 hours).

This is a Permanent role within our Card Alerts Contact Centre.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
