**Role Details**:
As a Program Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformative virtual reality-based mental health programs tailored for corporate environments. You will work directly within client workplaces, engaging with users to understand their needs and ensuring the effective facilitation of AdagioVR technology. Your role will span both program delivery and customer success, requiring you to assess user requirements, and ensure seamless experiences for both individual users and corporate stakeholders.

You will serve as a key point of contact between AdagioVR, its corporate clients and technology users. Ensuring that each user accesses the relevant program they require within their workplace. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with users and executing assessments. Your role is integral to ensuring that our programs not only meet user needs but also align with the broader objectives of corporate clients, fostering improved mental health, well-being, and performance in the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver AdagioVR’s mental health programs directly within corporate workplaces, engaging with users to ensure effective facilitation of the technology and personalized experiences.
- Conduct thorough user assessments to understand individual needs, adapt the technology and program delivery accordingly, and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.
- Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling, booking facilities, and managing on-site technology setup and troubleshooting.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing any issues, and providing ongoing support throughout the program’s duration.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, producing detailed reports and feedback for both corporate clients and internal teams to continuously improve program delivery.
- Foster relationships with key users and corporate decision-makers, driving customer success by ensuring our technology meets or exceeds expectations.
- Actively gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform future program development and customization.
- Maintain an expert understanding of AdagioVR’s technology and continuously update your knowledge to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience, with a strong track record of delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This experience may come from a variety of industries, including but not limited to customer service, hospitality, or other service-oriented sectors.
- **Qualification**: A degree or formal qualification rooted in behavioral science - across psychology, social sciences or human resource management - where you have studied human behavior from various perspectives. This will help you to deeply understand user needs and effectively tailor program delivery. Additionally aiding you in learning how to carry out comprehensive needs assessments, and evaluations on user requirements, and solution adaptation.
- **Empathy & Emotional Intelligence**: Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse client profiles, showing a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. A commitment to understanding and delivering on client expectations is essential.
- **Interpersonal & Communication Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across a wide range of personalities and communication styles. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for documenting progress and providing clear, actionable feedback.
- **Organizational & Logistical Expertise**: Proven ability to manage complex logístical operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of program delivery within corporate environments.
- **Technological Agility & Problem-Solving**: A strong aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies, coupled with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot in real time.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: A demonstrated focus on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. Experience in driving customer success is highly valued.
