This is an Apprenticeship position and you will be studying toward a **Business Administration Level 3 qualificatio**n with Next Level Training a Bristol based private training provider.

**Duties will include**:

- To work to and promote the Reflections company values at all times
- Excellent and professional telephone manner
- Managing a busy switchboard, taking, and distributing messages when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting all learners, clients and visitors to Reflections Training Academy with a friendly and proficient persona
- The booking and allocation of client appointments for all learners and maintaining the ‘Model Database’
- Recording, reporting and tracking learner attendance, producing statistics where required
- Maintenance of our learner database
- Providing support to COVID guidelines when visitors enter the building
- Booking of travel arrangements as and when required
- Cashing up responsibilities
- Full administrative support to Training Personnel
- Being helpful and informative to learners throughout their programme
- The monitoring and ordering of stationary as and when required
- Communication to employers over learner attendance
- Update promotional client information as and when required, to work alongside the marketing team
- As and when required to support the sampling of the learners journey and audit trail

**The following skills and experience are required**:

- Highly presentable with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload, adhering to all deadlines
- Developed PC skills with a basic understanding of Word and Excel
- Ability to be Private and Confidential

**The following skills and experience will be an advantage**:

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of working with appointments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £12,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
