We have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Communications Consultant/Executive** in the RAC Brand and Communications team, based in Bristol

**About the Role**
- You’ll be part of a fast based team, delivering marketing campaigns across the RAC product range. Responsible for briefing in campaigns to our agencies and managing through to execution you will be required to monitor and report on their impact.
- You’ll need to be an all-rounder who is comfortable managing on and offline communications and who enjoys working with different stakeholders both internally and externally
- The role will involve working as a brand champion working closely with the creative studio to develop end to end campaigns which can include supporting photo shoots and signing off brand activity
- We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years marketing experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced consumer organisation. Experience in a financially regulated environment is preferred but not essential.
- You’ll need a keen eye for detail, as well making sure the customer is at the heart of everything you do. A real self-starter who thrives on working to tight deadlines and juggling priorities with excellent organisation skills.

**Key skills and responsibilities**:

- Manage the DSF POS requirements, working with the HOF and Compliance Manager to ensure all requirements are delivered, against budget, compliant and identifying efficiencies.
- Including the day-to-day stock maintenance programme, dealing with enquires from ASM and working with the print supplier.
- Delivering all required items are delivered on time and to budget to support the DSF Promotional plan

- Manage web acquisition campaigns - supporting on and offline multi-channel campaign requirements.
- Brand champion - delivering brand requirements and support across the business including tone of voice, visual ID and brand guidelines.
- Managing the end of end process including sign off for all communications, giving clear reporting to all stakeholders on progress.
- Briefing and managing campaign deliverables and budgets, producing timing plans and managing delivery of projects with the inhouse creative studio/print supplier and internal departments.
- Ensuring all customer communications and documentation is clear, fair and not misleading; is designed in line with ASA guidance and FCA rules and guidance; and is compliant with data protection law and any other relevant legislation.
- Evaluating campaigns reviewing against KPI’s and providing recommendations for future activity.
- Review and analyse MI of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for campaign improvement based on performance.
- Manage day to day queries from relevant third parties.
- Working with key business divisions to identify product opportunities by category, channel and service.

**Qualifications**
- The successful person will be able to show excellent listening and communication skills and be dynamic, flexible, and adaptable to change. As a team player you will have excellent interpersonal skills but can use own initiative.
- If you have a strong attention to detail and be intuitive with a good eye for compelling creative, then this is the role for you.
- Ideally you will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent to include a business/marketing qualification and have at least 2-3 years solid marketing experience
