**Senior Marketing Executive**

We have an exciting opportunityto join our existing Marketing team**.** We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent** basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

As a **Senior Marketing Executive**would work as a team and to provide timely and efficient administration to support the IFA’s and AFH Wealth Management’s organisational strategy

**Key Responsibilities as our Senior Marketing Executive will include**:

- Support and/or take ownership of marketing projects and workstreams regarding adviser marketing and adviser support, marketing collateral production, and internal communications including liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders to create campaignassets as required
- Take ownership of relationships with third party sites such as VouchedFor and Unbiased, supporting advisers and the wider business to maximise the exposure and value these sites can offer in terms of lead generation and profile building
- Support in the planning and implementation of brand/acquisition campaign activity
- Supporting the analysis and continuous improvement the customer journeys both digital and offline
- Support in the evolution of the group’s websites and in particular, further development of website engagement including taking responsibility of SEO tasks such as page meta data, SERPs rankings and content
- Support in the further development of lead nurturing activities via a range of media
- Working closely with the Social Media Manager to establish website and other content opportunities to support successful customer journeys
- Supporting in the generation of interesting and engaging content both written and video, for multiple uses such as; brand building, recruitment and lead generation

**What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Marketing Executive**:

- Experienced and a keen interest in Marketing and all aspects of the marketing communications mix
- Good knowledge of campaign and brand management
- Stakeholder management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate work and projects
- Have a good understanding of Content Management Systems
- A keen interest in relevant software solutions and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
