**Rate**: £25,719 per annum

**This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing organisation as a Human Resources Coordinator.**

**In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Human Resources (HR) team and support with all aspects of HR documentation including people and business data.**

**About the role**

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- developing and maintaining a variety of data information, utilising electronic systems and data sources
- undertaking complex data analysis trends and metrics and manipulation to produce statistical information to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- supporting the provision of HR dashboards, monitoring of HR metrics and analysis of trends
- assisting in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences
- organising and maintaining the Intranet, shared drive and updating forms and policies as needed
- maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work as well as maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
- assisting with the coordination of resources to ensure completion of work within tight timescales.
- administering the company benefits platforms and packages
- administering the monthly colleague checks including maintaining the pre-employment checks for Central colleagues
- supporting and administer the company sponsorship scheme and employment right to work checks
- supporting in the updating of key personnel systems to ensure that they are kept up to date and maintained
- processing contractual changes and organising the associated administration.

As a HR Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, previous HR experience is essential, preferably across a variety of disciplines.

You’ll also:

- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal
- be able to exercise sound judgment
- retain the highest degree of confidentiality
- demonstrate a sense of urgency while delivering fast paced results
- have solid problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, be self-motivated is essential
- have strong analytical skills.
