To meet client demand and to support some really exciting business opportunities we are expanding our HR Consultancy Team which provides an HR service to a wide range Schools/ Academies up and down the country.

**HR Advisor**

Working within a designated hub you will complement a dedicated team of HR Specialists and will, under the direction of the HR Consultant, be expected develop knowledge and experience in order to provide competent HR advice and guidance on varying aspects of low level employee relations matters to a range of school and academy clients. You will develop and maintain effective customer relationships and service by providing proactive and timely solutions to assist the HR Consultant to creatively resolve people management issues within the legal framework and education context.

**You will need**:
Previous experience in an HR role is essential. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) together with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads are key qualities that we are looking for. Ideally you will possess previous experience within the education sector, although these positions may also suit a professional with a background within the private sector, shared services, Local Authority or Charity.

Travel will be required to support your designated hub of Schools/Academies onsite within the local area. You will therefore need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
