Working for a well-known market leader in the Drinks industry, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is due to start asap and will be working in the office in Newton-Le-Willows Office, with optionsto work from home 1 day a week once training has been completed.
This role will involve, owning, managing, and continually improving all aspects of administration across the employee lifecycle and ensure that all activities run smoothly within the HR function.
What will you be doing as a HR Administrator?
- Working alongside 1 HR Business Partner
- Supporting with all HR Administration including new starter set up, pre-employment checks, employment changes, absence administration and end to end recruitment processes
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to any queries and escalating where necessary
- Support the recruitment advisor with a busy recruitment agenda through periods of holidays and busy periods
- Support the annual people process
- Administration and Communication employee benefits
- Responsible for maintaining and updating key employee data, ensuring the business is consistently audit ready
- Support Audits across the business to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with and deliver HR Communications throughout the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- High attention to detail
- Experience of working within HR would be a benefit but not essential
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong numerical analysis skills
- Confident user of IT systems, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and HR Data systems
- Excellent communications skills
- Flexible - comfortable to adapt within a fast-changing environment
- Team player
What will you get in return?
- Full time hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Flexi hours throughout the week)

- Hourly rate dependant on experience between 10.78ph - 12.82ph
- Full training and induction provided
- Working from home once a week after initial training period
