Our cherished client have grown by over 200 employees in the past 12 months and are continued their rapid expansion by employing someone who has been a fleet admnistratopr previously. You will be working 830-5pm i the offices Monday to Friday however thoserequiring less hours they may cater for a 4 day week.

Salary is negotiable lower 20s and for someone with years of experience they will pay up to 24k.

25 days holiday comes with the role along with the usual benefits and the company are looking for someone who has managed a fleet of vehicles previously - this is essential that you have been a fleet admin before.

The role

To support the Operational teams in the delivery of project and business compliance by:

- Managing the hire process for all vehicle requests, completing all necessary driver checks to ensure the allocated driver has a completed driver declaration and in date driving licence.
- Liaise with suppliers to source vehicles and raise PO numbers as and when required
- Processing of penalty charge notices/notices of intended prosecutions and any other traffic offences and liaising with HR to recharge employees where appropriate
- Add all new short and long terms vehicles onto the Company Insurance and remove when off hired/leaver process
- Add required vehicles to the Mersey Flow system and remove when applicable
- To update the Fleet Register with any amendments
- To update the fleet register with Vehicle servicing / MOT requirements
- Collate damage reports from the operational teams and record in the shared drive
- Request fuel cards for required employees/vehicles
- Managing fuel card tracker adding all new cards received and removing cards no longer required
- Dealing with driver queries and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental and management systems
- Regular vehicle checks to ensure they are free from damage
