Due to a sustained period of growth we are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team in Newton Abbott.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Act upon internal/external client vehicle requirements.
- Raise order numbers for parts/fluids/consumables requests
- Process supplier invoices & batch
- Manage work in progress and escalate as necessary
- Invoicing to all 3rd Party & Internal clients
- Scan inspection/service sheets to clients and onto Key 2 vehicle database
- Raising job cards
- Processing workshop timesheets
- Build effective relationships with workshop staff, operational teams and external clients.
- Compliance with Operator Licence Undertakings.
- Compliance with DVSA guide to maintaining roadworthiness.
- Compliance with Milestone’s Company Policy’s and any other accreditation requirements.
- Compliance with Key2 data recording and accuracy for vehicles and related works.
**Skills & Experience**
- Educational certificates equivalent to or higher than grade C in English & Maths
- Be fully conversant with Microsoft office
- Working knowledge of JAMMA Key2 fleet management programme and R2C authorisation system (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working in client led organisation (desirable)
- Purchase ledger/sales ledger experience (desirable)
- Experienced in solving client queries (desirable)
- Ability to react to urgent issues such as vehicle breakdowns
