**Assistant Restaurant General Manager** **Salary - £25,000-26,000** **Location - Nuneaton CV10 7RG** **What will my role look like?** As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you are aiding the Restaurant Manager in running a multi-million-pound business, you are to support in of all aspects of the restaurant. You play the main role in supporting your team to be the best, have fun andmake money, by motivating, coaching, training and holding them to be accountable to deliver a "chicken does not get better than this experience" You are the proud leader of your busy restaurant, and will be supported by an enthusiastic team of around 40-60 colleagues This isn’t a back office job, so prepare to roll your sleeves up and be passionate and relentless in all that you do. Each section of our training is blended, including online learning and on the job training (gotto get your hands dirty). All our leaders complete this training so that they can develop a full understanding of our business.
