Due to a period of growth we are looking for a friendly, customer focused Operations Assistant to work in our busy transport department in Hull. If you work well as part of a team, have excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and a passion to improve processes then we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role that will follow a shift pattern, some Saturdays will be included.
- **The Role**
- Assisting with the preparation of travel packs for drivers
- Co-ordination with external agencies and vehicle maintenance companies
- Assisting with compliance related tasks
- Liaising closely with our team of coach drivers
- Ensuring internal systems are updated promptly
- Liaison with the wider business

**You**
- Experience using MS Outlook
- Answering telephone calls
- Good with MS Word and MS Excel
- Smart and professional in appearance
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Organised
- Hard working, conscientious and willing to go the ‘extra-mile’
- A team player - working with the wider business to achieve shared company goals
- Open to change with a growth mindset, you are comfortable sharing your ideas for business improvement
- Have an administration background
- Transport experience would be advantageous
