At Jaluch over the last 20 years we have provided HR support and Training to businesses of all shapes and sizes. Increasingly over the years our focus has shifted to digital solutions including E-learning, that’s where you come in

We are looking for an E-learning specialist to join us on a permanent basis to design, develop and deliver high quality E-learning to our clients. This role will be responsible for utilising software to create the courses, support with material writing, enhance our gamification and work alongside our design team to meet the brief of every client.

You will have full autonomy over your role, be expected to manage your workload, and say no when you have too much on your plate We will expect you to own your mistakes, rely on the knowledge of the team, and speak up when you need support.

What will we ask you to do
- Become our E-learning expert; identify trends, push the boundaries, and be at the forefront of the digital learning industry
- Use relevant software e.g. Evolve, Bloom to design and develop E-learning in line with client briefs
- Create videos using relevant software e.g. Powtoon to enhance the digital learning experience
- Introduce and enhance gamification as part of our E-learning and digital offering
- Work alongside our consultants to quote and sell our E-learning in line with clients’ needs
- Support our team members in creating engaging learning content that is suitable for digital delivery
- Work with our team to develop new fully digital and blended schemes of training
- Anything else that might be required to successfully run Jaluch

What we are looking for
- Tech Savvy - Experience developing cutting-edge E-learning is hugely advantageous in this position with knowledge of Bloom or Evolve being a massive bonus.

- Be a self-starter - We are a super busy team and won’t give you a list of things to do every day, you will be expected to manage your workload and if you see something that needs doing, do it
- Bring the energy - We are a small team but love to collaborate together, there are no right or wrong answers here, only experiences to learn. Bring your positivity with you to work every day and grow with us.
- Location - You will need to live in a commutable distance to our office in Ringwood (Dorset/Hampshire), most of our team work 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest from home.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
