We are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive and well‑resourced specialist school (school name not disclosed). The school provides a calm, nurturing and holistic approach to learning, ensuring every child feels valued, understood and encouraged to reach their potential. This role is based within the primary age group (5 to 11 years). Working hours are 8.45am to 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of the classroom team, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis Helping deliver creative and structured learning activities Encouraging communication, independence and confidence Working collaboratively with teachers and other school staff Every day brings new challenges and incredible rewards.
