Your Recruitment People are hiring for a New Business Executive to join their offices based near Fareham.

You will be tenacious and enthusiastic person who is willing to learn and has previous experience in and is looking to succeed and progress.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Calling clients that we have previously dealt with (no cold calling).
- Generate an interest in the solutions and services of the company.
- Handling customer objections and qualifying customer needs.
- Cross selling and helping to generate interest in other products available.
- Speaking with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner.
- Engaging and building a rapport with customers.
- Experience working in Sales, making outbound calls.
- Ability to handle and overcome customer objections.
- Motivated working towards KPIs & targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.

**Location**

The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or are a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office and shops.
