**Commercial Property Legal Executive / Solicitor**
A Commercial Property Legal Executive / Solicitor is required by a highly-regarded multi-service law firm based in Fareham, Hampshire.
You will be a Commercial Property Legal Executive / Solicitor with ideally 1 year PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for personal and career development opportunities, allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamicpractice. To be successful in this role you will need to be commercially aware and be able to work with clients alone with some assistance from Directors if required. You will need to be proactive in business development and cementing firm and lasting relationshipswith clients and colleagues alike.
**Role Overview**:

- A Commercial Property Legal Executive / Solicitor is required to work within a busy Commercial Property department.
- Capable of handling general caseload of commercial property matters including business lease renewals, business acquisitions and disposals, new development land purchases, auction contracts and secured lending including bridging finance.
- Would suit competent commercial property lawyer seeking to take the next step in their career or an experienced lawyer seeking good quality work in a commercially focused firm.

- The ability to make lasting relationships is essential
