Manchester, United Kingdom Service Care Solutions - Legal Full time

**ROLE**: Duty Lawyer

**LOCATION**: South Manchester

**SALARY**: £30,000 - £40,000 (flexible depending upon experience)

The Role:

- The position will report to the head of the Magistrate's team and will require you to service your own Duty slots
- You will be responsible for maintaining client relations, taking instructions and acting upon them
- You will be required to prepare cases for Trial, conduct Advocacy, brief council and handle any other administrative duties required for the successful running of the team

The Person:

- A qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with experience in Criminal Defence law
- Ideally someone who has had a Duty Lawyer role previously
- Someone with excellent administrative a client relation skills

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
