Service Care are currently working alongside a Local Authority based within the Greater Manchester area, who are looking for a Senior Child Protection Lawyer who can provide advice and representation on behalf of Children's Service. Please find below morespecification regarding the role and person:
Role: Senior Lawyer
Location: Greater Manchester

**Salary**: £30-£55ph
Contract: 3m on going (Hybrid)
- Experience of providing legal advice to assist and guide clients when making decisions which may include complex and significant issues.
- Provide oral and written legal advice to instructing departments of authority and children's services. In relation to policy matters, individual cases and duties relating to child protection.
- Attend as legal advisor to adoption and fostering Panels or their equivalent.

The Person-- Someone who has 5+ years of PQE in Child Care Law
- Someone who understands the structural framework of Local Authority Law
- Manage your own case load from start to completion.

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
