TLT are looking for Contract Employment Lawyers to support the Employment Team at TLT. The role will be on an initial 6-month contract, working remotely and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company. As this is an urgent request, candidates ideally will be immediately available or have a 1-2 week notice period. Role Responsibility Key duties you will be involved with include: Support on employment tribunals – preparation of ET3, disclosure and statements. Advising on volume settlement agreements. Supporting on major cases, and in particular taking witness statements. Drafting of contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and other employment related documentation The Ideal Candidate You will be able to demonstrate a similar supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills with previous Employment experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for the respondent. Experience in Settlement Agreements A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) Background in Tribunal litigation Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload Enthusiastic & team approach to working About TLT Fast paced, fast growing and forward thinking, TLT is the law firm that helps clients stay one step ahead, and we do the same for our people.
