**Description**

Accounts Assistant will:

- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, accounts receivable, and payment history.
- Process customer payments, including invoices, credit notes, and direct debits.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide advice, and take appropriate action.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.

**Profile**

Accounts Assistant will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
