We currently have a position for an experienced Recruiter to join us for a 3-month fixed term contract. This role will have 360 responsibilities for a large number of open vacancies, and so will need to be familiar with effectively managing a large volume of work. This role will suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers in developing job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of the job responsibilities and position requirements are consistent. Advise and guide on job descriptions where necessary.
- Maintaining an accurate dashboard of all current recruitment activity, including KPIs on time to hire
- Creation and posting of both internal and external job adverts
- Booking and conducting interviews at all stages in the process
- Manage current status updates in the internal ATS.
- Provide critical updates to the business when required, and update internal Vacancy Tracker on weekly basis on progress made on all of the vacant roles
- Support the HR Administration team with complete and prompt transfer of offer information and assist with onboarding so contracts can be generated and issued quickly.
**_About you:_**:
- Be a self-starter with strong experience in managing high volumes of recruitment activity across a variety of different business units at any one time. Be familiar with the key skills required in the roles you are hiring for.
- Be a great team player, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly. Be open to helping with other pieces of work as and when required.
- Strong sourcing skills, and knowledge and understanding of the most appropriate channels for finding key talent.
- Able to work independently, and without the use of agencies.
- Excellent understanding of employment law relating to recruitment
- Positive, can do mind-set
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time.
- Excellent communication skills with a very high standard of both written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and ideally have experience of Success Factors.
