Yard/ Fleet Co-ordinator

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Stores/ Yard Person to join our expanding team. The main duties involved will include organising the yard and ensuring vehicles are dealt with efficiently.
**About the role**:
- Ensure parking areas are kept clean and tidy.
- On receipt of vehicles, thoroughly assess to determine any damage, mechanical issues and if kitted. Followed up by informing all relevant departments.
- Assist and Liaise with the Stores/Plant Department where necessary.
- Update fleet on mechanical issues and work closely with the mechanics to ensure vehicles ready for re issue.
- Allocate cone / key numbers and park vehicles in respective areas.
- Carry out high standard valet on all vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are ready for issue.
- Issue vehicles to clients ensuring all relevant documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver / collect vehicles from sites as and when required.
- Deliver / collect vehicles to specialist garages.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Any other appropriate duties.
