**Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner**

**What you will do in your role**:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to start a career in customer service? Carpet Style is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will receive hands-on experience and comprehensive training under the expert guidance of WEBS Training Ltd. As an apprentice, you will develop the skills necessary to provide outstanding customer service and support our valued customers.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and usage. Use this knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and sales initiatives. Assist in preparing sales materials and documentation.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services. Share insights with the team to enhance overall customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and support.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

During your Standard Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship programme you will receive training both off and on the job. You will be required to attend WEBS Training on Day release basis, and be supported online by your tutor, which is once per week, the rest of the time you will be within the workplace. You will learn the underpinning knowledge that runs alongside your practical elements of the training. WEBS Training aim to build on the skills you already have so you reach your full potential both personally and professionally.

Training will be provided in all areas of Customer Service to ensure you are capable of performing your role to the expectations of the employer and customers.

If you have already achieved GCSE maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or have equivalent qualification you will be exempt from undertaking Functional Skills, however English and maths support will be provided for all apprentices t
