**BOOKKEEPER** **CREWE** **£25-£28K** This is a chance to join an established and progressive ecommerce business in an exceptionally fast moving e-commerce SME in the refurbished tech industry. The below experience is essential: - Bookkeeping/Finance - 2+ years in a similar role Xero experience is desirable but not essential. Duties will include: - Reporting to and assisting the Management Accountant/Finance Manager - Processing finances on Xero - Processing all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate payments and collections - Producing reports for analysis i.e. returns and supplier performance - Coordinating claims with delivery couriers - Progressing claims within the ecommerce marketplace i.e. Amazon, Ebay About you: - In addition to having relevant experience, you will be confident by nature and be able to use your initiative to find answers independently to queries on a daily basis - Flexible in your attitude to work and a 'can do' attitude towards ad hoc tasks that will become a regular part of each working week - It is essential that you have a good work ethic and will be a reliable team member IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be currently living in the UK, able to confirm active "Right to Work in the UK" status and will not require visa sponsorship. Applications that fail to meet these requirements will be excluded. - Monday to Friday 39.5 hours. - Annual leave that increases with service + a day off for your Birthday. - Employee and family discounts on company products. - Joining an ambitious and forward thinking business with a friendly and welcoming team. - Casual dress code.
