Job Title: Client Services Administrator

**Salary**:£23,000 per annum
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30
COMPANY PROFILE

SKILLS REQUIRED
- You will be an experienced Administrator
- Your communication skills will be great
- You work well under pressure and enjoy being in a fast paced environment
- You are experienced in using all MS packages, mainly Word and Excel
- If you have worked within the Financial Services Industry this would be a great benefit

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provided a superb service to your clients - mainly via telephone correspondence
- Compile reports for Team Leader
- Process Administration, including amendments to policies and entering new client information
- Ensuring you are compliant at all times and adhere to all security measures
