This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SME based in St. Albans as a Client Services Administrator. This role is pivotal within the Account Management team, and responsible for building long term relationships between the firm and theirclients.

**Description**

As a Client Services Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

- Act as the client's key point of contact
- Conduct due diligence on new clients
- Liaise internally and externally to collate all required information
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule meetings
- Ensure the firm are always working in the best interests of their clients
- Record all activity on the system
- Escalate or refer any potential leads from clients
- Build excellent rapport with allocated client list

**Profile**

The ideal Client Services Administrator will:

- Have excellent communication skills at all levels internally and externally
- Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, willing to learn
- Be able to multitask effectively and prioritise workload
- Live locally to St. Albans and able to work in the office up to 3 days per week
