OA are working with a client based in Biggleswade who are looking for a **Customer Service Administrator **to join their team. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that the customers journey from start to finish is seamless.

Job Details for the **Customer Service Administrator**:

- Permanent
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Office Based
- Up to £26,000per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritise and process customer orders and requests that have been submitted through a variety of channels.
- Maintain accurate and thorough customer service records, including price, maintenance and special instructions.
- Liaise with the supply chain, Finance & Operations team as well as working as part of the Sales team to drive positive company sales results.
- Assist financial department with customers on credit hold status checks, accounting enquiries or flagged accounting issues raised by Customers.

Requirements for the **Customer Service Administrator** position:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year’s customer service/ office experience and must be experienced with dealing with customers via telephone
- Knowledge of SAP is ideal
- Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
