**About the role**:

- As part of a busy Customer Services tem you will be an integral role serving our customer base
- The Customer Service team will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service function in a professional and efficient manner to both new and existing customers
- Organise on site assistance and booking out technical services support
- Providing advice, and first class customer care
- Daily use of Outlook, Word, Outlook and Excel and in-house software (Full training given)

**About you**:

- You will have already worked in a busy office based customer services environment
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the demands of working in a busy Customer Service environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
