Trainee Helpdesk

Our clients are looking to recruit a 'tech savvy' Customer Support Agent to join their busy team in Bishops Stortford.

Full training given, but you must have come from a 'customer background' and have good IT skills, whether it is building your own computer at home, being a ardent online games fan or generally someone who is good at trouble shooting and fixing things tech

Dealing with online product enquiries and liaison with CSA team
- Scheduling appointments for collection
- Advising customers of replacement options
- Dealing with new products and issues
- All general administration
