£26,712 - £28,047 (p.a. pro rata)
Full time/Permanent Contract
**About the Role**:
Based at our city campus, this role provides administrative and sales support for the NTU Events and Conferencing team managing all incoming events enquiries, managing the client experience from initial contact through to business contract stage and converting bookings, across all university campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, respond to event enquiries, and manage bookings.
- Maintain accurate records in Kinetics and produce event reports.
- Liaise with clients, book client visits, and draft contracts.
- Answer phone enquiries and manage the events inbox.
**Interview date: week commencing 3rd March 2025 (date TBC)**
