Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Team Management:

- Lead and manage the front of house team.
- Recruit, schedule, and train staff.
- Manage cleaners and ensure a clean dining room and bar/service area.
- Customer Service:

- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Oversee reservations and seating arrangements.
- Attend to regular customers and organize private events.
- Coordination and Communication:

- Coordinate with the kitchen team on menus and daily specials.
- Update menus and website as needed.
- Events and Inventory:

- Organize and manage private parties.
- Control inventory and order front of house supplies, including drinks.
- Safety and Standards:

- Implement and maintain food safety standards, including monitoring log books.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on outstanding customer service.
- Culinary background or experience working in a restaurant kitchen is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

- Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (required)
- Bar management: 2 years (required)
- Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
