The One Group are pleased to be working with a global technology business who look to deliver intelligent propulsion systems to their customers in the Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace and Marine sectors who are seeking a Head of Operations to join them on a permanent basis.

My client provides work class technical innovation, engineering and testing services to their customers across the Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace and Marine sectors and are growing at a fast rate.

You will work closely with Stores, Planning and Purchasing where you will report into the Managing Director managing all operational functions of the business. You will ensure the successful delivery of all programmes by collaborating with senior management ensuring they are on time delivery, within budget and adhering to quality standards.

The day-to-day duties of the Head of Operations include:

- Deliver a corporate strategy in the areas of production planning, purchasing and stores ensuring companies objectives are hit,
- Develop and implement procedures ensuring operational functions are running smoothly
- Supporting the Stores Manager ensuring stock management is running efficiently
- Maintain working relationships with all senior managers

What we are looking for:

- Good understanding of manufacturing methods and part lead times
- Strong organisational and leadership ability
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

This role would suit a Operations Manager from an Automotive or Engineering background who has excellent interpersonal skills and is extremely resourceful with strong analytical skills. **Salary**: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
