As a Family Intervention worker your role will be to provide an intensive, high quality, support and advocacy service to families with multiple and complex issues that secures better outcomes for children. Enable transformational change in behaviours amongstfamilies and communities across Cheshire West and Chester. The family case worker will play a lead role in advocating for families, ensuring they are signposted to effective support; thereby empowering them to become more independent members of their community,assisting in the reduction of workless households and ensuring children are school ready.

Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of Child development
- Experience of working with Children and their families
- Good awareness of Children legislation
- Ability to summarise complex information
- Enhanced DBS
- Car driver
