- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in senior care or nursing home settings
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
