We Support are recruiting for Full time Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Winsford.

We provide support for adults with learning disabilities in supported living properties across Cheshire West and Greater Manchester as well as provide daily outreach support.

Role 1
- **Working from a single location at a supported living service in Winsford**:

- Permanent rota, supporting a young male on a 1:1 basis
- 37.3 hrs over 2-3 shifts & 2-3 sleeps per week (on average, over a 6wk rolling rota)
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver required with use of own vehicle
- **£26,175.86** **yearly (Based on £11.00 p/h plus sleep allowance)**

Role 2
- **Working from a single location at a supported living service in Winsford**:

- Permanent rota, supporting 2 males as part of a team
- 38.75 hrs over 3 shifts & 1.25 sleeps per week (on average, over a 4wk rolling rota)
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver needed - Use of own vehicle an advantage. Motability vehicle is available
- **£24,752.50 yearly (Based on £11.00 p/h plus sleep allowance)**

Role 3
- **Working from a single location at a supported living service in Winsford**:

- Permanent rota, supporting 1 male and 1 female as part of a team
- 38.25 hrs over 3 shifts & 1.25 sleeps per week (on average, over a 4wk rolling rota)
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver needed - Use of own vehicle an advantage. Motability vehicle is available
- **£24,466.50 yearly (Based on £11.00 p/h plus sleep allowance)**

Role 4
- **Working from multiple locations at supported living services in Winsford**:

- Permanent role, supporting male & female service users
- Working as part of a small team or on a 1:1 basis
- Min. 35 hrs over 3-4 shifts with at least 1 sleep (on average, per week)
- Hours over a 6wk rota, given in advance
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver needed - Use of own vehicle an advantage. Motability vehicle is available for most services
- **£22K+ yearly (Based on £11.00 p/h plus sleep allowance)**

Based in a hub of services in Winsford, you will have access to lots of support and training from experienced colleagues and managers. They will help you to achieve a rewarding and fulfilling career, supporting vulnerable adults to live happy and meaningful lives. You will help those you support to learn valuable life skills by doing things such as going shopping, helping them to cook their meals, or attend activities such as the cinema or bowling. Without you they would not be able to live an independent and enriched life and so you get to feel great about the care you provide and go home feeling that you have made a difference to someone’s life.

For most of our roles no experience is required. If you are a caring, compassionate and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for.

**General Information -**

+ Fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis
+ There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, as we value a healthy work life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
+ You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ
+ Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
+ You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
+ The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
