**What we are looking for**:
Oradent Dental Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator - to join our friendly and dynamic team. The person we are looking for needs to be an enthusiastic people oriented individual. Experience of working in a dental practice with a demonstrated history of promoting dental services. We are looking for an individual who can generate sales from both external marketing leads and internal patient referrals. You will be responsible for the patient journey from onset to completion of treatment.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Starting from: £12.50 per hour

**The role of the Treatment Coordinator**

**Summary of Job role**:

- Utilising the CRM system to navigate the patient journey
- Be the first point of contact for Private Cosmetic patient enquiries
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Involved in business development growth strategies

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a dental nursing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Demonstrates a strong sales background
- Has experience with social media content
- Previous experience on using a CRM system.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Dentally is preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and claims management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to patient care.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
