This well-established manufacturer of high specification infrastructures, the Business Development Director would like to attract a dynamic communications and marketing executive who will effectively promote this growing business.

As Communications and Marketing Executive, typical responsibilities will be to:
- Support the organisation of exhibitions.
- Organise and arrange site VIP visits.
- Develop and organise both Internal & External Communications, including use of various appropriate media and channels to engagement and attract internally and externally
- Attend Exhibitions & BD events.
- Ensure strong internal communications for the site.
- Liaise with press agencies.
- Manage the marketing material for the business in conjunction with parent company.
- Have experience working in a communications and marketing role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Have strong internal communications experience.
- Ideally hold a marketing qualification.
- Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
- Develops a collaborative approach to meet multiple and potentially conflicting requests.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels of the business.
- Ability to prioritise, use own initiative and organise work with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

On offer:
- A salary £38-52,000 (based on experience)
- 25 days (3 or more for Xmas closure) + 8 bank holidays.
- Pension 4% employee/ 7% employer contributions.
- Sickness absence pay up to 4 weeks +1 per year (Maximum of 8).
- Working hours (37hr week) - Hybrid working & open to discussion where needed.
- Monday-Thursday: 0800-1630 (30 min unpaid lunch).
- Friday: 0800 - 1300 early finish on Fridays.
- EV Charges on site.
- Occupational Health & Health Surveillance.
