**We are seeking a support worker to join our team You’ll help our manager and work closely with the children and young people in our home, supporting them to grow, thrive and get the best care possible.**

**You must -**
- Have a genuine passionate for providing quality care
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and delivering care that puts the young person first
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or are willing to work towards this
- Have experience working with challenging behaviours and can manage de-escalations
- Work collaboratively with care teams, contributing to care plans
