Customer Service Coordinator

Vivisol are currently hiring for a **Customer Service Coordinator** at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to complete administration and data entry, as well as telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. We offer a generous package including; 33 days holiday (including BH), excellent training and development programs, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, as well as a starting salary of £23,891 per annum, increasing after successful probation. **Hours**: 37.5 hours per week: Tuesday - Friday, 10am-6pm Saturday, 9am-5pm **Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility**: - To deal with enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner - To contact patients, and provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance, escalating to relevant colleagues when required. - Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance E-Mail, telephone, letter and SMS - Process prescriptions at the time of receipt accurately, ensuring the correct equipment is given to the patient - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently - Maintain thorough and accurate records - Working with the other teams within the business to ensure a smooth process for all orders, these team include clinics, warehousing, finance and operations. **Education, Qualifications and expertise required**: - Will require a Standard DBS as part of onboarding process - 5 GCSE including English language and Maths or significant relevant work experience **Competencies**: - Effective Telephone and clear communication skills - Empathetic and a problem solver - Team player - Trustworthy, reliable & ethical - Good organisational skills - Excellent computer skills and accuracy **You’ll also get**: - 33 days paid holiday - Matched contribution pension scheme to capped percentages per position level - Free on-site parking - Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay **Who we are** Vivisol holds the NHS contracts for the provision of Home Oxygen services in the UK.
