As a trusted recruitment partner to this global consultancy, we have been tasked with the recruitment of several Business Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced BA's and an organisation that value and champion personaldevelopment.
Skills / Environment
*You will have strong consulting skills and experience facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages and managing teams.
*You will be comfortable working with a range of colleagues and clients up to the most senior level.
*You'll have an understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation
*Experience working in an Agile environment.
*Experience within a digital project lifecycle.
Role Overview
Working as a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team working to deliver value for clients. You will be part of end to end transformation projects, working with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements whilst working with technicalcolleagues to develop and deliver the solution. You will work on projects which look to streamline and improve processes, identify and track benefits and implement effective business change.
As an experienced BA you will drive pieces of work and help lead teams across complex transformation projects. You may work as a product owner to define a new service within an organisation, working with business and technical teams.
