Role: Customer Services Admin Support Assistant
Based: Accrington
**Salary**: Negotiable dependent upon skills
Working for an independent e-commerce division of a manufacturing company based in Accrington, working in a busy role in an open plan office environment.
Key duties of a Customer Support Assistant
- Answering telephone queries, taking sales orders, providing order updates as well as product information
- Online and telephone-based customer and supplier liaison
- Keeping customers updated with progress of their order(s)
- Liaise with customers via the online Chat Bot portal - previous experience of Live Chat would be an advantage though not essential
Skills and experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience of working within an office environment
- Strong customer service skills
- E-commerce customer service skills would be fab, not essential
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to work on own initiative
The role is based within a modern open plan office environment. You must be comfortable managing your own workload and be a great communicator.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
